So, in English we got those essays back and....well....I tried. I actually put effort into this one; more than I usually do. I usually get a 5/6 so I was trying to ace this damn thing....and I get....*drum roll*....a 4.5/6....

Yes. I actually lost marks when I tried. I don't get it. Isn't that what I'm supposed to do? Study and try?!! I actually get a worse grade...ha! I set up another appointment with him tomorrow in the first break to figure this out because I don't think I can do this 'trying' thing anymore if this is going to be the outcome. *sigh*

Sociology was depressing. Everything we were talking about was negative about our society. I'm not a naive little girl. I know this generation's corrupt, people are greedier than ever, bla bla bla but every time I hear things like this, I feel inspired to change the world. However, if I continually hear this kinda stuff than I get overwhelmed and feel incredibly frustrated that I can't change everything! I see myself as one of those picketers outside my university or some facility protesting and making a difference but if the difference I have to make becomes too big then I get this 'give up' mood and become depressed. So I walked out of that class miserable. *sigh again*

I think it was the essay grade that was cramping my style today. Then to top it off, it snowed again. I took pictures though!

My front yard.

My face! Snow driving me crazy and getting into my eyes...I believe I was jamming out to this new guy I listen to: Basshunter.

The fog was killer; kinda looked like a horror film. O.o

Crazy, killer waves!! D:

Anywho, that's it. Oh and my little sister was on TV. Today, in Canada, is Anti-Bully day where everyone wears pink shirts. The whole day started a couple years ago when this kid in Nova Scotia was bullied for wearing pink. A bunch of grads in his school got together and got as many people involved and everyone wore pink the very next day. So as a tribute to that we all wear pink so to explain this to parents on the news they visited my sister's afterschool day care and she was in a couple shots; too bad she was never interviewed but w/e. lol

snow, i am canadian, sociology, essay, pictures, anti-bully day, issues, school, english
