The past few weeks have been relatively uneventful, but the past few days are worth mentioning.

Sunday was my Dad's birthday so we went over to my sisters, had steak, gave gifts, etc. I got him a Charles Mingus anthology from Barnes and Noble (partly for him, partly for myself). He seemed to like it.

I decided to finally take the plunge tonight and give bittorrent a try. The install package from their site was giving me issues, but luckily, I was able to find a Slackware package of it easily, which installed without a hitch.
