Found while reviewing a linguistics assignment on childrens' language acquisition:
"Then 'footsex' changes to 'feets' which is eventually refined to 'feet.'"
In reality, that first "word" should be "footsez".
Man, I need to get these assignments done earlier in the day. -

Law school may be on hold for quite a while. I'm waiting to hear back from NYLS's Dean regarding deferment possibilities. They make them on a case-by-case basis only and I don't want to start the process if it's going to have me denied the education and delay my ability to complete the Masters program instead ( Read more... ) -

I don't have my grade in Digital Info yet, but I got an A- in Personality & Culture, effectively blowing my bragging rights. And the class I really thought I'd fail--the one with the professor from Columbia--solid 4.0.siiiiiiiigh
That hiss is the sound of my hopes and dreams fading away. My head is pounding. I've got half of this final done. I can't focus. Struggling to get the last 2 essays done. None are a full page. I feel a big giant "F" is in my future.nose in the books
I'm making progress on the book report on Colapinto that's due tomorrow. I thought the boys would be hanging out here today, but they're not and so that's given me the better part of the afternoon to work on school assignments without taking additional time away from my sweetie. I fall in and out of love with the library. Considering I now have library cards in 3 of the 5 boroughs, I think it's safe to say that I have reverted to love mode again.
