Hi everyone! Serv-A-Thon is coming up, this Saturday! Here are some things to keep in mind:
~TRANSPORTATION~
*Pick up time is 5:30am*
-We will be in tight quarters so please only bring what you can carry.
-We will drive to Brighton, MA and park at Amber's house.
*Please bring $5.00 for public transporation fees*
-Jen will meet us at Ambie's and lead us through public transit to Goverment Center.
-After we meet our team at Goverment Center, transportation to the service site will be free.
-At the end of the day, we will travel back to Amber's house and then head home in the car.
*If you would like to contribute to the gas/toll fund, that would be greatly appreciated*
~FOOD~
*You are responsible for feeding yourself*
-Please bring your lunch as well as drinks and snacks.
-You will probably not have the opportunity to buy a lunch or snacks.
-You will not be able to refridgerate your lunch.
-If you would like to buy food at the end of the day, please bring enough money for that.
~CLOTHING~
*Dress in layers*
-It will be cold outside. Especially during the morning.
-We might be serving indoors though, so be able to take off a layer if need be.
*Wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy in*
~MONEY~
*Please bring at least $30 dollars*
-$25 registration fee will need to be paid in the morning unless you have alrerady done so.
-$5 for taking the T to and from Amber's house.
*Any extra money you can spare would be helpful*
-We will need to pay for gas and tolls.
-You might want to buy a snack or make a telephone call.
