Ethiopian Attempt #01: Failure

Today was an attempt to make Doro Wat. The stew was way too thin, and outside of the obvious spice of the berbere, the taste (as Carl pointed out) was "blasé". Perhaps not enough onions; I've seen another recipe that asks for garlic and tomato paste, and I might try this in the future.

Still, I'm disappointed, and apoologized to Carl about 7,572 times for the quality of the meal.
