More found poetry!

Sing me a sweet fairytale.
Tell me a story that isn't true.
I want to dream for just a bit
And live in a world not so cruel.

This is why I shouldn't read epic poetry:

Fuck you, Odysseus.
Your fair Penelope
Waits at home,
Raveling and unraveling
To be true,
While you lie
In arms with
Ever fair Calypso.
  Fuck you, Odysseus.

I've been cleaning and clearing out, so I've found things. Namely, that I wrote quite a bit of bad poetry.

RED 40 LAKE
40 little red men fight to keep their water clean
BLUE 2 LAKE
2 blue people make sad love in a pool
BLUE 1 LAKE
1 blue king solemnly watches the fishes
YELLOW 5 LAKE
5 yellow suns cool and weep

Etch my skin with ink and scars.
Obscure the lines of my heart and soul.
Define me, body and mind.

So, wrote a poem for my cousin.

We are a family, large and far flung.
We’ve too many leaves on our tree hung
To sit down together, all at one table,
So we just have one long internet cable!

He stood like Colossus,
Bronzed, burnished.
Active, still and calm.
