September is a Tight month...
I paid bills last night. Not a happy day. I had to move a chunk from savings to checking. Not to pay the bills, but to make me feel less stressed. Good thing is next month is a 3 payday month.
things should get back to normal.
I got the first estimate today for the roof. It was around $4900. Not bad only about $100 more than the insurance company's estimate.
I think I can swing the deductible. It's $1650.00 and get a new roof in a few weeks.
I am still waiting for another company to come out and give an estimate. It's the one that Krazy Kay is going to use. She got a referral from one of her customers with a top notch recommendation. If they are close in price I would probably go with them. They are offereing a free ridgeline venting system and I really want that on the house. It sure would help with utility bills.
So that's my day.
Kmart is going ok. I have nearly finished daywear and Pants. Next week will be bras and shapewear. I didn't bring the laptop home... I will do that next week.
The puppies are doing great. And tomorrow is my trip to My Favorite Place for some junkin' with Roxanne.
