Game Called on account of Rain...
Went to go play with Johnnie up in the mountains early early on sunday morning....
KAAAAAAAAAABBOOOOOOOM!!!!!
The sky opened up on my way to the cabin. I finally made it there, pulled up to the cabin and I couldn't see out to run. so I reach in the back of the jeep to get my umbrella, and I reach... then I stretch out just a little more... and that's how I ended up with my big butt in the back seat all tangled up in seatbelts and geo-crap.
here is an even odder story. as I am driving up to elliay, I start getting one of my sinus headaches. Well, I thought it might be sinus or a caffiene headache... I hadn't had any coffee yet. So my head keeps getting achier and achier, then I reach up to take my glasses off and I can't feel my nose. I know I'm touching it, but I can't feel it. I then knock on my forehead to see how far up the numbness goes. Nope nothing. Then I realize what the deal is...
My hat was too tight. Honest to shit. My hat was too tight. When I took it off I was sooo light headed from the rush of blood to my head, I nearly ran off the road.
And that is why I wear the orange hat... it fits.
So Johnnie and I decide since there is Lightning we would have to play another day. We will play in the rain, but we draw the line at lightning.
So we went to The Waffle King and each toasted our friendship with Belgian waffles. I then went back home and went back to bed. You see I was still worn out from the day before... Robert's Wedding and LaRue's Housewarming party and the Car shopping from friday.
I did however get around around 2:00pm and proceed to dehair the house, work on the cars (moving stuff around) and other household chores.
That would be sunday in a Nutshell. Just catching up you see. I was falling asleep in the cube doing the boring Data Q/A thing so I decided to take this opportunity to do something absolutely exciting. or just update the log.
