Tilting at windmills

After bringing the clues to Daniel's apartment, Walter now has a partner and a good start in solving this mystery. The green flyers point towards a miniature golf course and, perchance, a windmill. Walter has never seen either thing up close and in person. As they stand at the attraction's entrance, he isn't sure how to even approach.

"Are...adults allowed here without children?"

He doesn't really know how all this works and will just follow Daniel's lead.
