Some fun meals and a cocktail enjoyed this month.

Sweet Thai Chili mayo dip with spicy Sriracha Panko turkey cutlets, onion rings and french fries




Turkey wing, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and home made turkey gravy and steamed broccoli with vinaigrette dressing




"Cook's Treat" - Turkey liver from the one I cooked earlier in the month along with a couple of blue cheese gougeres.




Pot roast with mushroom and carrot gravy over mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli with vinaigrette dressing.




Halibut, onion rings, steamed broccoli with vinaigrette dressing and french fries




Salmon omelet and avocado in leftover Yorkshire pudding




Kale soup with veggies (sweet potatoes, corn, tomatoes) and ciabatta croutons




Dessert - Strawberries macerated in vanilla sugar over French vanilla ice cream




Quesadilla with salsa dip




Breakfast - scrambled eggs with salsa, cottage cheee, ham and pita bread with orange juice




Orange Juice, Ginger, and Lemongrass Sake Cocktail
