I bought a bunch of plants at Lowes yesterday: ( yard stuff behind the cut )

It was gorgeous here today, so I decided to ride my bike in. Unfortunately I a) forgot my water and b) aggravated my left hamstring halfway in. The fact that I haven't slept well the past two nights probably didn't help. I'm hoping some ibuprofen will help with the hamstring. Does ice help with something like that? Or is it heat?
