-Die PoV-
Do not judge a book from its cover.
That's what they usually say, right? Well, I must help you face reality. That is a complete and utter bullshit.
It was his body that caught my attention. Tall and slender, with a walk that puts the most elegant princess to shame. His doll-like, make-up covered face giving him a porcelain kind of glow. Ah, the joys of Visual Kei. Look at the outer cover, and throw quality aside.
Well, I did throw quality aside when I first met him. I simply thought that beauty needed to be mine. But I guess you can say I hit the jackpot or something. Because beneath that beauty lay a greater treasure that no make-up and no glamour could replace.
It's been only a year since we started dating. It took me a while to get to figure him out, and I still haven't fully managed to do so, despite us being in a band together. He's still this multi-layered enigma that I keep unfolding. And with each layer, I discover new things about him, new traits; one better than the other. So much for claiming that women are mysterious creatures. Men are nothing short of being mysterious themselves!
He's a romantic, and I'm a realistic. But tonight, I'm going to surprise him. I'll unfold a layer of myself that he hadn't known about before. I'll give him romance, like he always wanted but never really received the way he deserved it. I'll give him my all, like I always do whenever our bodies join. I want to show him that he is all that I live for. He's the air that I breathe, the blood that keeps my heart pumping.
He's my past and present, and I want him to also be my future.
