My boss told me that the "weakness" I showed was very inappropriate and that his last boss would have fired someone for crying. He said I should never show any weakness like that in front of my lab mates. Blah.
He also set a deadline that runs through Christmas, which means I may only get the actual day of Christmass off.
I need more time off to be a healthy human being.
I'm thinking about options...some involve leaving.
