My dad passed away a couple of weeks ago. A lot has been going on in my life. At first, I won't lie, I felt myself falling through a downward spiral. I didn't see myself coming out of it. Little by little though, I'll make my way out. Little by little, I'll find myself again.

I miss you dad.

I miss you mom.

I miss you both.

I miss you mom, I miss you so much. Ten years. God gave me ten years more with you after you were diagnosed. I watched your health plummet year after year, yet you still kept a smile on your face. So after spending most of this week with mom at her different appointments, she was diagnosed with something else... It is called Jo1 and it has relations to Polymyositis. Because the Prednisone is killing her slowly, the Rheumatologist is trying to lower the dosage by putting her on Methotrexate injections and back to the IVIG. The first time she ( Read more... )
