update of sorts
I realized, that I haven't updated this thing in a week even though I've had plenty of time. I suppose the thing is though, that I've had lots of free time, which means that I haven't been doing much to write about. I've done lots of thinking and pondering, but not about anything in particular really. I haven't done much journaling though, so my ponderings haven't been documented. Generally I've just been unmotivated, which is I suppose, in a way, nice.
I spent the last three days working for my mother's boss doing a gigantic mail out. Definitely not one of my preferred ways to earn minimum wage. Give me crisis and chaos any day.
Christmas was nice this year. I didn't feel suffocated by my family nor did I feel controlled by my family's television. My parents gave me an entire frozen turkey to take home. It takes up a large portion of our freezer (chocolate taking up the rest). One of these days we'll have to invest in "real" food. Anyway, Jackie and I now will have to cook said turkey sometime because I refuse to let a bird that big go to waste.
