So i went to the casino for the first time yesterday (McPhillip's street station). It was Darryl's work Christmas party. Both of us agreed, that it really wasn't all that exciting. For all casino's are played up to be it just wasn't that great. The party itself was a lot of fun though and the food was pretty decent. We gambled with fake money which was actually surprisingly fun. I was going to hold on to mine and see how I did that way (there were prizes for the highest amount left at the end). But decided that playing black jack was appealing after all. I played for probably 45 minutes and lost "40 dollars". Darryl managed to be up 70. I decided not to play roulette because there really isn't any skill required (although i'm sure others would disagree with me).
But yes, discovery of yesterday: casino's are not that exciting.
