I'm trying to keep up with doing yoga everyday. There was a point in my life when I was doing it every morning right as I woke up. It's an incredible feeling and exhausting, I feel as if my limbs are getting longer and leaner when I keep up with it. I'm always interested in the sort of work out regimes that people stick with. I'm on this whole craze of eating a lot of organic foods, utilizing natural products, and sticking with products that are meant to leave your body feeling rejuvenated and whole. I bought a neti pot, so I began to use as a way to clear out my sinuses (I have really horrible allergies), and it works wonderfully. I use organic shampoos/conditioners/chapstick/lotions/soaps that don't have any parabens, chemicals, or sulfites in them. People don't really seem to realize how harmful they can be and how they can irritate your skin and scalp. I began using detergent that didn't have any perfumes or dyes in it as I noticed that my skin started to act up while using Tide. Basically, I'm a bit of a health freak. It's becoming even more apparent now that I'm quitting cigarettes. I no longer want to pollute my body. I want to fill it with healthy, natural foods and products. I feel much better having taken on these steps to better my life. It's working like a charm.

Let's also not forget to mention the environmental craze. Please, use tote bags instead of regular plastic bags while going to the store. You don't realize how important it is. I will never understand why people need a big bag for one little pack of gum. How necessary! They also sell some really neat bags. I have a bag that has the painting "Scream" on it and "Starry Night." You'll look awesome with your sweet ass tote bags. Ladies, use a DivaCup. It's the best invention evar! You'll never have to spend loads of money on pads or tampons ever again! Use stainless steel water bottles instead of plastic water bottles because then the plastic bottles leave residue in your drinking water making it contaminated and dangerous. Plus, you won't have to buy those huge packs of water, what a waste of plastic. Get a water purifier if you're so scared of tap water. Come on, people! We can do this together!

don't be a wasteful monster, 365 day project, being healthy is cool
