I finally took care of registration. On the day the semester has begun. I know, I'm a procrastinator. No one knows that better than I. I was there for like 4 or 5 hours trying to get everything taken care of, and I have to wait another week before I can get enrolled in two other classes officially. I was requested to be in student rep. by Tom Blank. I guess I'm doing lighting design and stuiff for some shows for him, but I'm also taking my first lighting class this semseter. So this will be interesting and helpful. I'm already booked to work shows. I haven't even attended a class yet and I'm already being recruited for shows. This is how busy I'm going to be, and you can bet your ass the tempers and frustrations are going to fly. I can tell. Of course, their not going to start working in on our tempers and frustrations for another couple weeks lol. So I'm good for now.
I GET TO GO TO CHINA, OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT I GET TO GO TO CHINA IN MAY AND WORK SOME SHOWS AND POSSIBLY TRAVEL AROUND AFTER THE SHOWS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Oh my god, I'm gonna pee myself with this excitement lol. I FUCKING GET TO GO TO CHINA, HOW MANY PEOPLE GET TO GO TO CHINA AND WORK SHOWS?!?!?!?!?!?!? HOW MANY?>!?!?!?! Eeeeee..... So excited! I have to work out a way to get the money to go. I have some work lined up for this week and possibly the next couple weeks, give or take some time in that projection. OMFG speaking of projections, I'm doing them for... the dance show? Yea, and so Fred and Steve are going to teach me about that stuff, and their getting a new piece of equipment for it that will make things a bit easier. By the end of this semester I'm going to be overloaded with experience and information that if you wacked me with a mic cord I would suddenly burst. And then say, "ow". Cause that would hurt.
So, anyways. OMG I'M GOING TO CHINA!
okay, that was the last time, I swear...
So I figured out my schedule and until the shows start I should be getting off everyday at about five. I'm probably going to have to cram my lab hours for my lighting class into friday, that's most likely the only time Jenny is going to be there that I will have free time. I forgot how consuming stagecraft lab can be in the 4 unit class. But that's what I'm going to need to work on the shows. It's the class I can ignore in order to work on shows, but that's because doing as such is a good portion of my grade.
OMG I'm going to CHINA!
