Well its only 11 days into the new year but I already have a contender for worst book read in 2013. It's not brand new, it came out a couple of years ago. I stayed up until 2AM reading Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo and now I'm suffering for it because I'm totally tired. S&B is Young Adult and it has totally cleansed my palate from my last venture into YA...which was the Most Awful Book. So I might have sucked at consistently writing reviews for the books I read in 2011, but I did manage to actually keep a list of all of them. Slightly less books read in 2011 than in 2010 but I think that is because I read a number of longer books that just took more time. Yes that's right...April and May! I am so behind on this list! But this past weekend I read the most MADEOFFAIL book ever with a sparkly unicorn and I want you all to share in my pain but I don't feel I can until I've caught up on this list. Oh look at me posting this when we are only 10 days into the next month. I must be turning over a new leaf in 2011. But what a reading month! January brought a long eagerly anticipated book for me and had to be filled up with waiting and recovering before and after it. And apparently I'm feeling very wordy as a result.
