So I finished Pride and Prejudice, and reread half of it already. I like it! I'm dying to watch the movie again, but alas, an English copy is pretty much nonexistant in this rural town. So I spent my evening at the International Student Welcome Party at HitParade Club. The band sang Elvis and The Beach Boys with heavy Japanese accents, and I taught Mongolian and Vietnamese girls how to dance "The Twist" and the "Monkey." They kept asking me where I learned to dance so well. I blame it entirely on Gunnar!

So, it's been a heck of a week. Last Sunday was a not so good day, and Thursday was also a not so good day. Wow, just today homesickness hit me really hard. I remember everyone told me that it would be the little things that get to you, and boy were they right. I went downtown to go to church by myself this morning, to the only English mass in about 100 miles, and got totally lost.
