I got the job today at brook mays!!! so back to being a piano teacher again. maybe it's not as "prestigious" as being a female engineer, but at least i wont have to put up with as much sexist garbage everyday. because of my dad i am always going to think in the back of my mind that teaching piano isn't a real job, but it makes me happy. wtf is so great about having a "real job" anyway. i'll still get real money!
and last night the kittens that have been stowed away underneath my bathroom cabinetry finally came out long enough for me to cover the whole they crawled through. they're so cute! hopefully trixie hasn't eaten them yet.
