(no subject)
Today the most insane thing ever happened. The guy that sold me my piano called me and said they were looking for a "young enthusiastic piano teacher" to head the brook mays music department. my hours would be insane (5pm-8pm mon-fri, 8am-1pm saturday) and he said i could be making more than double what i make here at my dad's office working 40 hours a week. It's so crazy, I think I'm going to do it. Maybe just go part time here for a little while.. maybe just quit. My dad's going to be really upset though if I do this, but it's such an awesome oppurtunity! And I won't have to deal with any more crap from people who think I'm just a daddy's girl (which those who really know me, know that is far from the truth.) Plus, working all the time sucks.. this would give me plenty of time to practice, and go to school. My piano is so beautiful too.. I've been practicing 5-6 hours everday, and my hands are totally sore.
