i set some goals last night for today,
i would wake up, have one diet coke, three bottles of water.
at 2,i would eat 4 or 5 baby carrots.
and three more bottles of water.
at 4 i would exercise for 45 minutes.
then, i would eat dinner, with another bottle of water,
after dinner have a coke zero.
then, more water.

but this is how today is going so far
i woke up, had a diet coke.
watched new york minute. to keep my mind off of food and for thinspiration.
then at 1 i went running. i ran once around the baseball field and then power-walked for 7 laps.
all that i've had today is one diet coke and two bottles of water.
i'm not even hungry right now.
but when i was walk i was wearing my jacket so i could sweat more and get some water weight off.
i'm going to weigh myself at the end of the day and see how much i weigh.
the last thing i ate was at 8:00 last night, so it's been 18 hours since i've last eaten.
:)
i really want to lose weight in my legs and arms.
i think i'm doing pretty good today.
