A Thousand Suns, And A Big Gold Star: Linkin Park's New Album
Setting aside the extensively played and soundtracked "New Divide" (used in the second Transformers movie, 2009), it has been a while since we've gotten a good lot of new music from Linkin Park. Thrillers and chillers, but mostly blah [X-Files Season 4 Review]
Some episodes of The X Files start to run together, or become deeply plotty to the point where it seems like it's going in circles. This season had a lot of those sort of episodes, and not a particularly large bunch of highly memorable ones. But the memorable ones that the season did have were quite significant, and most were stand-alones.

Steampunk shaker, but not a mover... [book review]
Last year, I picked up a book at Barnes and Noble on the New Science Fiction shelf. The cover had a Zeppelin on it and the book was titled The Affinity Bridge (George Maan).
