Which means college football is almost over. :(
In case you are keeping score from home, Nebraska will play in a New Year's Day bowl no matter what. If they beat OU in the BIG 12 game this weekend, they will automatically get a bid to the Fiesta Bowl (and probably play Boise State). If they lose, they'll go to the Cotton Bowl and probably play an SEC team.
*gulp*
I'm a little nervous because the Sooner Boomers have been en fuego lately, but my new friends in the music scene in Omaha seem confident that the Huskers will have an easier time beating OU than Texas. Let's hope they're right.
