Not Bad, Rookie
So at work one of my co-workers had to ask an on-call guard to come and finish up her shift. We only have 5 more days left and we had yet to call an someone who was on the on-call list. The guy was around 15 or 16-years-old and this was his first time working as a lifeguard. I had seen him a few times during our pool's meeting but I forgot his name. He was pretty excited to be here. I guess that's how everyone is at their first job. He was pretty pleasant and not at all an annoying jerk like some guards can be. What was also nice was that he was willing to help out and ask questions of what he should be doing. Not bad, rookie.
