6:40 am and though it's not light, it's definitely not dark anymore.

Carrie Fisher... she was... an inspiration.

It kinda feels like I've been smacked in the chest with moljinor. I just... she was so amazing. I'm gonna miss her being in the world.

Tomorrow the sun rises at half six and goes down at 6. That's my day. That's it. No more need for extra minutes on the SAD light.

I made it!

This week I went to boxercise twice and a long run yesterday (16 miles. It was a good day). Yay for exercise induced endorphins.

I ate salad things at lunch last week as well. Green leafy things!

The sun is getting up on my way to work and starting to set AFTER I come home (if I leave at a decent time).

The worst might be over. Might.

Today it was still light enough at 5pm to see to change out of my work clothes.

Sun had set and you couldn't call it more than dimpsy. But it wasn't DARK.

The routine of getting up awful early to sit in front of a bright light for 30 mins has begun. Meh. The 6 months until spring look very long and dark. *sadface of SAD*

Hurrah! Spring has Sprung! It may be cold (though not today admittedly) but there's enough light for meeee!

bah. Counting down the days till the end of the month when I might be able to breathe.

EDIT: I wonder if I'm spending long enough on the light? Darn work.
EDIT II: Spent an extra 1/2 hr on the light last night. So couldn't sleep. So am tired. Darn work
