Yes, this was a shitty year in skating. To be honest, after the disaster that was Vancouver ( in ALL disciplines, really), skating has been pretty much dead to me. Why am I even bothering watching this farce?

Mira getting absolutely hosed today in the short was shameful. I am not a huge fan or anything like that, but I hate when a federation picks a favourite and fucking hoses the "ugly duckling". The scores were absolutely unrelated to what happened on the ice today. Shameful, shameful judging!

So Rachel Flatt apparently won Junior Worlds. Wow. Who would have imagined?! (Well, maybe some people imagined it, but I don't really follow the ladies, especially juniors, so I was shocked!) Her score was only 0.35 points higher than Caroline Zhang's. Hmmm, I wonder if they rounded that the proper way, or the USFSA way? (yes, still bitter)
