You did not just pimp my show in the middle of a post about your Mom's wake.

*snerk*

Brad, you crack me up. :)

Sorry for the hug, but I consider you family and family gets hugs. Your Dad and Chad got hugs, too. :P

And the phone flower arrangement wins for "Most Hysterical Floral Arrangement at a Wake/Funeral."

Speaking of funerals, sorry I can't make it. :( I think I used up all my sick/personal days before Christmas this year (damn ear infections!) But I'll be thinking of you, and my folks will be there. Ricc also wanted me to pass on his condolences.

"Pimp" is such a strong word. I'd go with "sponsorship credit." (It's also sponsoring the funeral post, but I thought it too much for the Jerry Falwell post.)

And if you want the phone among the flowers, they're in the living room along with the other arrangements.

You should have just been like Tony Soprano and responded to everyone with "Whaddya gonna do"

Wakes to me are more like family reunions. I realized that when Mama died. You see people you haven't seen in years, and people are laughing and catching up. I think the deceased is probably happy about that. Seeing her family together.

And your grandfather counting the attendees made me think of Paulie comparing his mother's wake with Christopher's :)
