A god of Man?

It just got a little easier to be a love-your-neighbor kind of Christian.
Jerry Falwell, 73

Yeah, I get it -- sins are bad; I'm at church every week, I hear the sermons.

But humans aren't perfect. Once we start claiming otherwise, that in itself is a sin.

We can't easily force people to change their bad habits. It has to come from themselves.

Does that mean that they'll kill people, become addicted to various substances, or engage in unsafe behaviors? Sadly, yes. But until they themselves realize the harm they're doing to themselves and others -- or they die -- they won't be able to stop.

And no man of God, Buddha, Muhammad, or tree spirits can take complete responsibility for the change. It starts from within.
