life really just blows. i call people to see if we can do something tonight, but absolutley everyone that i call is occupied in some form already. it is times like these, that i really wish i was able to just go out an drink ( Read more... )

i'm sorry you feel like that. when i told kathy that i wanted to go to saddleback college with autumn she just looked at me like "why are you leaving?" all i wanted was her support in the whole thing.

Well, I do go to couthern California Ragamuffin Church once a month, and it isnt enough. but God hasnt been like "THIS IS THE PLACE" anywhere yet.

I feel the same way about friendships sometimes. And honestly I have felt the same way about you a couple times. I call people, I email, I IM people.... Well and all I get is: nothing, "i'm busy", "I don't know." What I figure is that sometimes we have to forget about how fickle people can be, and how much friendship seems to mean so little to people; and just keep trying. Or even spend time growing with God during our loneliness ( ... )

yeah i know that i have treated you the same way, and i am sorry. i honestly don't know why i ignore people occasionally too.
i really enjoy your analogy of missions trips. it is really true once you sit an think about it.

Stop the hating on PDCPC. Granted it is not perfect, in many ways it's unhealthy. Take into consideration that God brings people on place and leads them to another. That doesn't mean the place you're leaving is awful it means God has called you elsewhere. Just because PDCPC isn't the place for you doesn't mean it's a bad place. I think Mike that you have some serious issues with the youth leaders that need to be addressed seriously and sincerely. Say it and walk away if you need to but the bitterness that is unsaid isn't doing anyone any good. Honey my heart hurts for you but maybe it isn't the church, it's you. God might be working on your heart right now. Oh and I don't think I've walked on you. I made sure to spend time with you and let you know that I care. Honey I'm not sure what you need right now but let me know if I can help. Love sent your way...
