We worked really hard in the lab through all of September, and didn't quite get to where we wanted to be by the beginning of this month. But we learned a lot, and I feel like our experiment is making progress in leaps and bounds. It's exciting almost every day.
Between that, and the biochem classes I'm taking, I felt a lot like my brain had a backlog of offline processing to do, but in the past few days it's caught up a bit.
Some of Brendan's family was in town last weekend, and we had fun spending time with them. I got to learn some family history and hang out with a cousin a few years older than us and a toddler cousin.
