Laticus laughed as he watched his children dance around the courtyard. Their clothes swirled together as they ran into one another. Luckily, no one got into any fights, they were all having too good of a time. He felt Severus wrap his arms around him.
“They are glad to have you home. And so am I,” his husband said.
“I am glad to be home.” Laticus turned his head and kissed Severus.
“Papa! Father! Don’t be disgusting!” shrieked Lila.
Severus chuckled against Laticus’ neck. “Shall we dance with our children?”
“I would love to.” Laticus stood up and bowed to Severus. “May I have this dance?”
Severus looked thoughtful, but finally said, “You may, but beware, I am not that graceful.”
“I am sure you are perfect.”
