LUKE'S HOUSE!!!!
After the ridiculous all-nighter Heather and I pulled Tuesday evening, (there was fun times with Robyn, capri suns, and singing to Natasha Beddingfield to distract us) I napped a lot of Wednesday. But my paper is really good so I'm happy.
Then after dinner we went to LUKE'S HOUSE! There were SO many people. Let's see if I can remember them all. Me, Julia, Heather, Maggie, Brian Wall, Bryan, Luke, Leslie, Ian, Wade, Monica, Becky, Ashley, Dustin, Phil, Lauren, Sarita, Mehrdad, Tiffany, and... i think that's it. We all sat down to watch House (well some of us did and the rest played frisbee outside) and I love that show, and then a bit of Lost before Bowling! (We were watching TV! Where's John Harp? We're super best friends; we watch TV.) I bowled an 84! Ian is secretly an awesome bowler! What an unexpected talent! Brian wall was of course awesome (though sometimes he despairs/looks like he's doing something else...). Haha. Ian messed around with my camera trying to take blurred images of bowlers. I was very into my camera that evening. Wade was insulted that I complimented Bryan's smile, and I was amused. There was a bit of music from the jukebox, and Ian lusted after the hand painted subway sign. I'm more excited to have Maggie be my RA next year, as I much enjoyed the evening with her. She's going to let us have a tiger you know. I also liked swingdancing on the hardwood in bowling shoes with Wall. He needs to come to dancing. silly man.
After bowling I called Casey and played with the adorable kitty a bit, and then got changed into my new blue swimsuit (which got some "wow"s from Bryan ::little uncomfortable, and slightly vainly amused::) from Tar-jay. But as there were people in the tub, Bryan, Julia, and I decided to be "second wave" hot tub. So I sat around Luke's firepit awhile. THey were making cool pies - a cleverness that astounded me as i'd never heard of such an idea. I dont' really care for pie all that much though so i didn't have one. The hot tub was great and i stayed in WAY too long. I kept getting pushed onto the feet thing which was uncomfortable, but whatever. My body just like, died of relaxed happiness in that tub. Me, Julia, Heather, Ian, Bryan, Brian, Leslie, Mehrdad, Tiff, and Lukie himself were the fine folks i had the pleasure of hot tubbing with (at various times; people came and went). We tried to gossip about "who we liked!!!" but it didn't really work. In the car Heather shot me with an amazing memory of the game Girl Talk. WOWIE i wanna call Ali right now. Anyway i was remembering how steven hated pruny hands; i was in the hot tub a long time and definitely got them. I wanna be in it again right now.... SO NICE.
Bryan is my "alternate." Casper's hair, according to Julia, "feels silly."
After i finally pulled myself out of the hot tub, Ian brought french onion dip and chips to my attention, and i ate them ravenously. YUM. We followed that up with a showing of the Mothman Prophecies. I remember seeing that with Katie and Pat!!! weird. it was spooky. I missed Casey hardcore cause i wanted to cuddle. i cuddled with my blanket instead, and later with Heather.
we were so wiped, then it was bedtime. YAY! Ian Julia and I created a spoon train that Heather joined in the morning. Julia got to be the 3/4 cup. Hahahahaahahah. We sang the love train song, which has been stuck in my head.
Now that we're back, I might head to the ratt with my boys (mark, brian, and Dan) and watch a movie with the menfolk. I talked to my mommy on the phone a long while. I like her.
