Study Sunday
Today after another nice long weekend morning walk with Casey and the dog (my favorite thing about our weekends), a run at the downstairs gym, and some lunch in front of the TV together, I went over to Cafe Ventana for a study afternoon. Visited their quiet study annex for the first time and found it a great place to sit and read about the lives of Renaissance popes. Matt joined me at the coffee shop for some studying after a bit, and it was a pretty productive afternoon. Could have studied at home, but Casey wanted me out of the apt. so he could work on my x-mas gift, plus this gave me a chance to put on actual pants.

Since then I've been cleaning the apartment because my mom and sister are coming tomorrow!!! I'm really excited about them being here. I think we'll be going to the art museum tomorrow, since it's supposed to be a rather rainy day. I'm looking forward to exchanging gifts. I don't have all my x-mas decorations yet, but I do have the tree up. Casey and I added purple lights to the tree this year (got them on super sale at Walgreens after halloween - woot!) and I love having it lit up. So magical.
