Today's exercise experiment was the One-Leg Bench Squat. 3 sets of 10 reps each leg holding a single 15lb dumbbell. I used a cane to help with balance.
I went a mile on the treadmill today. Time: 14 min 18 sec. This is nothing to brag about, but it's improved significantly from 15:05 for 1 mile on 3/29, and greatly from 8:08 for 1/2 mile on 2/28
