There was no reason to be nervous.
It became his personal mantra as he followed the directions Jackie had given him, Jimmy riding co-pilot in the passenger seat. No reason to be nervous. It was just a party and all that meant was that there would be people. A lot of people. But that was okay, because the football game had a lot of people and so did the mall and so did New York, for God's sake, and it would just be something he have to get used to, right?
Drumming his fingers on the steering wheel, he turned where Jimmy pointed, spying the light of the bonfire up ahead.
No reason to be nervous.
