Well this is ridiculous.
FBI wants your ISP to record every URL you visit, and store that information for two years, so that if they get a warrant, they can get the information.

"The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has added several Wikileaks pages to its controversial blacklist.
