I can't figure out where your comment is.
I have done lots of stuffed squash recipes - pretty much one every year.
While you could probably stuff a pumpkin, you want to make sure to do a little one and to make sure it's a sugar pumpkin and not one of the other kinds (for carving) that are all stringy and nasty inside and no good to eat.
I personally like delicata squash and turban squash for stuffing. They are pretty and taste good, too.
