Put up much resistance to creating a journal.
Have always had this feeling that LJ is much too public for my comfort level.

So I dont think I'll write much.
But this definitely makes it easier to read all you loafers' LJs.

So here goes.............

If the target is a select grp then I would rather email.
Plus I dont want this multicast to be a substitute for talking/chatting.

You cannot run, you cannnot hide - it is useless to resist - LJ will find you.. Good you to see you on lj, Vivekmov..

As we have spoken many times before, I don't see lj as supplanting conversations in other forms - it's more an excuse to write.. The usr pic is too cool - the other half of Varsamov, indeed ;) Blog on...

I agree ENTIRELY with you about LJ bein writing on the wall...and if you want your friends to read, you email them!....but LJ is a good way I have of keeping in touch with several of the Gangue (LOD, Rain, Derku, even SIG)....so, as a jobless lafanga in good standing, looking forward to reading your entries!

Detroit, hanh? LDM....that's Long Distance Marriage.....all the best, when do you have to join? Let's hope you both get back together fairly soon! Email me the details of your job when you can....

Ezzz Andy! It is much easier to read all the blogs if you have an account. Plus the cow was "goading" me to get on for a long time ;)
