staff training was today. after 9 hrs of sitting around talking about climbing and teaching i came to one conclusion: this is the best job in existance. they dont have any requirements so we're able to do whatever we want in the classes. which pretty much means its going to be a lot of fun, rather than just teaching to a schedule which i was afraid
