The last few days

Okay so I'm up from 162.5 today to 164 BUT yesterday I had an amazing day so I'm not worried. I ate right with no treats, lots of protein, 1244 calories and I was perfectly content. Plus I did strength training for the first time in a week along with cardio as I used Jillian Michael's workout DVD and THEN later had enough energy to on an hour walk ( Read more... )

Good lord if I had Reeses Cups in my room they wouldn't be there long... I cannot resist those things, I can barely even walk past them in the store without grabbing 5 of them!! You have good willpower!

Thanks :) I consider it a reward that if I can make it through the day without having any treats then I can have one Reeses if I want one. Having to working in a store with a LOT of candy helps build up your willpower as well.
