Cold Light

I received my copy of Cold Light today, haven't started to read it yet so I have no comment about the translation yet. However I feel disappointed about the paper quality, even worse than the last volumes of  S *sigh*
It puzzle me whether to buy new manga releases from dmp or not :(

At least the binding has improved since June started publishing novels. After reading Cold Sleep around five times and dropping it on the floor once, I'm kind of afraid to open the book because it's beginning to feel and sound like it's going to fall apart. >__<

Not that Cold Light has the sturdiest binding ever, but at least it's slightly better. :/ There were a couple of translation mistakes (or continuity mistakes), but I thought it was a great read overall. ^^

When it comes to new manga releases, I'm probably going to wait until there are reviews available (by people who can tell whether they've been edited), but there's nothing coming out that I'd have to buy right away anyway... So I don't mind the wait so much. ^^;

The binding is better? I didn't notice it, I have no problem with earlier published novels at all, perhaps because I haven't abused them much ;)
I only complain about paper quality because it makes the illustration look uglier and in some pages the ink fades out, it definitely doesn't look good on manga
I did a quick read and really enjoy this book, probably it's the sweetest of all the series. Only if June had more good choices like this, some of their releases are really disappointing

I only abuse the books I love? XD I thought the binding was too tight in the first five or so novels June released, but the rest have been much easier to read.

Yeah, I agree their priting quality and choice in titles aren't always the greatest. :/ I wish they licensed more novels by good authors & illustrators.
