 Have a great idea for a Halloween costume, but it would be a lot better with Timothy Dalton as an accessory. Mostly because I love Timothy Dalton. I met a guy once who reminded me a lot of Timothy Dalton. I wonder what happened to him.

He's been in Doctor Who and the movies "Hot Fuzz" and "Toy Story 3". I don't think that he'd go with you to a Halloween party, though. :) What's your costume idea?

Yeah, he's the one that I have no idea what happened to. :( He had an 80's-o-rific mustache which I very much enjoyed.

No. Let me give you a hint that will totally give it away. It would also be awesome if someone dressed up as General Klytus, and it wouldn't even matter what they looked like. Though they would need to have a great voice, but that's what sound boards are for.
