SUCCESS!! Not to toot my own horn or anything, but that lasagna actually tasted like real food! I'm pretty proud of myself right now, mostly due of the fact that usually I'm "cooking impaired"...to say the least.

Wow, glad to know that you're not at all conceited lol.

And it was "meatless" lasagna (ie: cottage and mozzarella cheese with a cheese and spinach spaghetti sauce). I don't think I'll ever eat beefy lasagna again.
