Jacob Baldwin's room was gross. We hauled at least 10 bulging bags of trash out of his room in Spector, and the floor was stained, with crusted-on dirt and a pervading smell of old cigarettes and unaired cat-lady houses. Yesterday I helped people pack and hung out with Barbara in the afternoon. We got books at the Annapolis Bookstore, and then she invited me to dinner with her family at Galway Bay.
