While doing some maintenance of various journals and archives last night, I discovered that a whole lot of the Voyager fics I read way back in the day are now archived on AO3.

I can't/won't read them all - my standards are a bit different from what they were 10-13 years ago - but I do belive I'm going to fall down that rabbit hole for a while. :-

I had a similar experience re-discovering old X-Files fic a few years back, and all I can say is man, fandom's quality of work has really improved. Granted, you're right, my standards were likely lower 15 (gulp!) years ago. Still a good time, though.

One of the reasons I love AO3 is that so many authors are posting past works, it's like a mini-revival all the time! Enjoy :)
