I love growing up. I love that with maturity comes the desire to end self-destructive behaviors. LD tells me each and every day that I'm beautiful, that he loves my curves, and that I should stop being so hard on myself. So, I'm putting myself out there more...Both in my "real" life, and now on here

BTW, I tried the girls' dresses on them. We're going to have to figure out a way to either pin or tighten the waists on both skirts. Other than that, they are amazing!

I figured as much. We won't pin them, I'll take them in at each seam...I can use your little sewing machine, and I'll bring the thread that matches. I'm really not surprised, another sewer here on lj had the same issue with that exact pattern.

We're driving on Saturday, now, leaving very, very early. We'll plan on spending Sat. evening with you, if that's okay, and I'll sew them, then. I think I want to fiddle with the hem of your skirt, too.

And hell, getting a sister is precisely what I'm so excited about. Getting YOU for a sister, rather. :D
