All is good here, no big news. Work is really busy but oh well.

This is the second time. Last year I didn't even plan to do it - I thought I'd try and do a 'mini NaNo' of 25k, but then I managed that really early in the month, so I went on and tried for the whole 50k (I did that in short stories, too). So as you can guess, last year went relatively easily. This year felt like much more of a challenge!

Glad to hear all is going well :D I hear you on the work busyness, omg. My work are moving premises in a couple of weeks, which is proving very stressful (great timing, right before Christmas)!

I am so amazed! 33K for one piece is outstanding, and I'd say you made the right choice by not forcing yourself to write more on that fic when you knew it was better off without those parts.

Woooooo, thank you darling! I am pretty proud of my 33k - it is the biggest thing I have ever written. I'm still totally staggered by Cal's crazy crazy epic, though. She wrote 20k this week!
