Okay. This is sort of a continuation of my last entry. But anyway, I'm rereading the series for only the 7 millionth time, and I was reading a theory and the facts that supported it, and it finally clicked in my head. He is NOT evil! And I have proof. (I think) o.o;; Okay, just listen to this

I think when Dumbledore was argueing with snape in the woods in HBP, he was telling him that if he was about to be killed by deatheaters, he had to do it to cover up his dual role, plus, he had to make the unbrakeable vow or his cover would have been blown, so he HAD to finish what Draco started or he would have died, thus, I think Snape is trully on the goodside, but thats just my theory.
